Accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and sulfur in capsicum (Capsicum annuum L.) as influenced by vermicompost and NPK fertilizers

Soil fertility is one of the most promising factors that directly impact sustainable crop production. Therefore, a pot experiment was conducted in net house on capsicum (Capsicum annuum L.) agricultural soil to study effects vermicompost (VC) and inorganic fertilizers (NPK) growth, yield nutrient content plants. The growth parameters nutritional values were observed during under eleven treatments. treatments variables are T1 (control, -VC & -NPK), T2 (VC 5 ton/ha), T3 10 T4 15 T5 (N60P35K60 kg/ha), T6 ton/ha +N48P28K48 T7 + N48P28K48 T8 T9 N36P21K36 kg/ ha), T10 T11 kg/ha) which arranged completely randomized design (CRD) with three replications. There statistically significant differences each treatment for parameters. highest plant height (45 cm), number leaves (44 no/plant), leaf area index (90 cm2) found T6, respectively. lowest all above (control). Then fruit no/ (3), total fresh weight (39.60 g/plant), dry (2.38 g/plant) T11. results varied significantly (p<0.05). concentrations N, P, K S different parts measured (p<0.05) leaf, stem, root seeds.
